S'Ardeviu is a modernist building dating from 1874 which was converted into an accommodation for inland tourism in May 2000. It has been carefully restored and adapted to the modern comforts of today and thanks to its period decoration and furnishings it has not lost any of its stately Mallorcan character.

It is divided into a ground floor and two floors. On the ground floor there is an original stone entrance, a small office-reception room, the main dining room, also original from the period, and the garden. From this floor we access the main lounge with a small library where you can enjoy a glass of liquor or read a cup of tea or coffee.

The rooms are distributed between the first and first floor and consist of a total of 7 double rooms with private bathroom. The family that runs it is the fifth generation of owners of the building. They personally attend to their guests and serve a delicious breakfast, abundant in local, fresh and seasonal products.
